Account Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive with experience in Indian & US Accounting and hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, GL, AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and expenses.
Handle QuickBooks Online entries, bank feeds, bank & credit-card reconciliation.
Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and month-end closing.
Manage AR/AP ageing, customer/vendor reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
Support Indian accounting including GST, TDS, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and 2B reconciliation.
Support US accounting based on US GAAP, including 1099, W-9, US AR/AP and bookkeeping.
Assist with payroll accounting, F&F, MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
Support internal/statutory audits and CA/CPA requirements.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready financial records.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.
Preferred: Experience with US clients/entities, QuickBooks Online Accountant, Tally/Zoho Books, and accounting BPO/outsourcing.
Ideal Candidate
Strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, good Excel skills, and ability to independently manage India & US accounting operations.
