About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester with at least 12 months of hands-on experience in software testing. The candidate will be responsible for testing iOS and Android mobile applications as well as web applications, identifying defects, validating functionality, and ensuring a high-quality user experience across different platforms and devices.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing processes, be comfortable working with development and product teams, and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
Test iOS and Android mobile applications across different devices and OS versions.
Test Web applications across major browsers and screen sizes.
Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools.
Perform bug retesting and regression testing.
Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
Support pre-production and release testing.
Requirements:
12+ months of QA/manual testing experience.
Experience with iOS, Android, and Web testing.
Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and testing processes.
Experience writing test cases and reporting bugs.
Basic knowledge of API testing/Postman is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant QA/testing experience and practical knowledge will also be considered.
