Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting for business units in the region. The Finance Manager will monitor financial performance, prepare management reports, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial records, reviewing cost structures, and supporting internal controls and audit requirements. The role also involves recommending process improvements, guiding local teams on financial best practices, and contributing to long-term financial strategies aligned with Kohler’s business goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business performance and growth.
Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and management presentations using Excel and other analytics tools.
Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance with relevant financial regulations and corporate policies.
Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
Proficiency with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
Relevant experience in corporate or business-unit finance, preferably within manufacturing, consumer products, or hospitality sectors.
Ability to work on-site in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
