Role Description
We are calling in passionate Holistic Well-Being Advocates for a remote, self-starter role within an Affiliate-based setting (no fixed income - if you have a big network, you are lucky!)
RfW is located in Zurich. We look for individuals to join our collective that are willing to embrace their sovereignty (especially when it comes to well-being/longevity) and learn from ground up by being guided by RfW.
As we are just taking off, we are also seeking individuals who are ready to engage their networks and make them flourish in well-being and sovereignty.
In this role, you will:
🌱 Support affiliate initiatives - our first Service Wing to Detox,
🌱 be invited to join creative projects, and wellness programs that integrate 12 Wings for Life and HeartFlow Alignment™
🌱 Organize and facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and group experiences for your community
🌱 Guide clients through self-discovery exercises and transformational frameworks
🌱 Foster meaningful connections within our high-vibe community
🌱 Collaborate with our team to ensure alignment with Root for Wings’ mission and values.
This is an opportunity to lead with heart, creativity, and purpose, helping individuals and leaders step into holistic well-being and soulful empowerment.
Qualifications
✅ Background in coaching, mentoring, or wellness support, with experience facilitating group or individual sessions
✅ Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
✅ Knowledge of emotional intelligence, creative expression, or personal development techniques
✅ Organizational and time-management skills
✅ Understanding of holistic health or lifestyle design principles is a plus
✅ Experience or certification in life coaching, nutrition, mentoring, emotional healing, or creative arts therapy is an advantage
✅ Proficiency in English (required); additional language skills, especially German, are a plus - like every other language. We are able to work and serve in 180 Countries!
