The Opportunity
We’re looking for a curious, culturally plugged-in Strategist to join our Strategy team. This role is for someone who loves understanding people, brands, culture and behaviour, and turning those insights into clear, inspiring strategic direction.
As a Strategist, you’ll develop strategies across digital, experiential, brand, social and integrated projects, working closely with creative, account, media, production, UX and technology teams. You’ll dig into audiences and culture, identify the tension or opportunity at the heart of a brief, and help create a clear strategic foundation for the work that follows.
You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of defined projects and workstreams, while collaborating with senior strategists on larger, more complex engagements. We’re looking for someone who can move beyond gathering information to form a point of view, connect the dots and articulate what it means for the work.
