Field Supervisor

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing team. As Field Supervisor with Resource Innovations, you will oversee a team of field staff responsible for delivering appliances to customers through the Energy Savings Assistance Main Program. This role ensures field operations are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately while meeting program requirements, quality standards, and production goals.
The Field Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, training, and support to field staff while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and productivity.

Essential Functions
Supervise, coach, train, and mentor field staff to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
Review daily schedules, routing, and appointments to support efficient field operations.
Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to the Senior Manager.
Conduct daily safety and production tailgate meetings and monthly safety trainings.
Perform quality assurance audits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and service quality.
Ensure required enrollment and appliance delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and obtained timely.
Address customer service concerns and escalate issues to the Senior Manager as appropriate.
Identify process improvements and implement effective methods to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Facilitate team meetings in the absence of the Senior Manager.
Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and ensure staff follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Licenses/Certifications
Must have a reliable vehicle for travel
Must have minimum level insurance on vehicle
Must have valid California driver’s license in good standing
Experience
Must have three years of experience in a sales environment (direct program knowledge may be substituted)
Must have minimum one year of experience supervising staff

Ability to work evenings or weekends if necessary, to meet enrollment goals

Standard office equipment including computer, tablet, phone, scanner/copier and fax machine

Ability to bend, stand, and reach above head as necessary
Involves extended periods of time walking and/or driving up to 85% of shift
May involve going up and down stairs and using ladders
Requires the ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
