Responsibilities-
- Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs and rate analyses.
- Prepare and verify running and final bills
- Prepare civil drawings (plans, sections, layouts) in AutoCAD
- Check and review drawings.
- Take quantities and measurements from drawings and site data
- Coordinate with clients, sub contractors and site teams
Qualification-
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5 years+ of experience in estimation, billing and drafting
- Strong in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Experience with government projects is a plus.
