Role Description The Product Owner at GlobifyHQ Ltd will lead the development and enhancement of recruitment and HR technology solutions, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams. This full-time hybrid role is based in Oakville, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and prioritizing product backlogs, translating business needs into clear user stories and requirements, and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. The Product Owner will analyze user feedback and data to refine features, validate solutions against business objectives, and support product roadmap planning. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, provide status updates, and drive continuous improvement across GlobifyHQ’s digital products.
Qualifications
Strong Product Management skills, including backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment.
Proven Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience to gather requirements, interpret data, and align solutions with business goals.
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly convey product vision, decisions, and updates.
Understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum) to work effectively with technical teams.
Experience in HR tech, recruitment platforms, or related SaaS products is an asset.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between on-site and remote work.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centered approach to product decisions.
