International Sales Executive | SaaS & IT Services

Are you confident speaking in an American, British, Australian, or other international accent? Do you enjoy building relationships, understanding business problems, and closing high-value deals? We’re looking for a full-cycle International Sales & Client Success Executive who can confidently communicate with overseas business owners and guide them from the first conversation to long-term success.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification & Discovery
Contact qualified international leads provided by our team.
Build rapport and understand the client’s business, marketing challenges, goals, and growth plans.
Ask the right questions to identify pain points instead of giving a generic sales pitch.
2. Solution-Based Selling
Explain how our digital marketing services can solve the client’s specific business challenges.
Schedule Zoom strategy meetings with qualified prospects.
Present our marketing audit, identify gaps in their current strategy, and explain the roadmap for business growth.
Recommend the most suitable package by presenting:
Two standard service plans.
One customized solution based on the client’s unique requirements.
3. Presentation & Proposal Creation
Prepare professional presentations tailored to each prospect.
Use relevant case studies and client success stories to demonstrate how similar businesses achieved growth through our services.
Present solutions honestly and transparently. We value trust over exaggerated promises.
4. Follow-ups & Negotiation
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Share testimonials, educational resources, and useful marketing insights via WhatsApp and email.
Handle pricing discussions and negotiations professionally while maintaining long-term relationships.
5. Client Onboarding & Success
Assist clients immediately after payment.
Share payment confirmation and coordinate a smooth handover to the Account Manager.
Stay available for client communication even after onboarding.
Help resolve client concerns and ensure an excellent customer experience.
6. Client Retention
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Collect reviews and video testimonials from satisfied customers.
Ensure clients remain happy with our services and continue to receive value.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken English with a clear international accent.
Outstanding communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in Zoom presentations and consultative selling.
Ability to understand business problems and recommend practical solutions.
Strong email writing and WhatsApp communication skills.
Honest, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle objections, negotiations, and follow-ups confidently.
Experience in international sales, B2B sales, digital marketing, SaaS, or consulting is preferred.
