Healthcare Sales and Marketing 30k Immediate Lower Parel

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Sales and Marketing role based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The position focuses on promoting Plan My Health’s wellness and preventive healthcare services to corporate clients, insurance companies, schools, and families. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, managing relationships with existing accounts, and supporting the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to design proposals, executing marketing campaigns, maintaining accurate sales records, and achieving assigned sales targets. The individual will also participate in events, wellness drives, and client engagement activities to strengthen brand visibility in the healthcare and wellness sector.
Qualifications
Proven skills in healthcare sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably within wellness or insurance-related services.
Experience with marketing activities such as campaign execution, lead generation, and basic digital or social media marketing in a healthcare or wellness context.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain wellness solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage field visits, and coordinate effectively with corporate, school, and institutional clients.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
Comfort with using basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) to track leads and sales activities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and commitment to promoting preventive health and wellness.
Prior experience in corporate wellness, insurance sales, or healthcare services is an advantage.
