Mayfair Property Management is a well-established and growing South Florida property management company overseeing more than 1,600 residential apartments and single-family homes. We’re looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our remote team in Peru and help prospective residents navigate the first stages of the rental process.
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for people interested in our properties, making sure inquiries are answered promptly, leads are followed up with, and prospective renters receive a helpful and professional experience.

What you’ll do
You’ll help manage incoming interest in our rental properties and make sure prospective residents receive timely information and follow-up throughout the early stages of the leasing process.
Your responsibilities may include:
Responding to incoming rental inquiries through phone, email, and online listing platforms
Providing prospective renters with accurate and up-to-date information about available properties
Coordinating property showings and virtual tours
Following up with interested leads and keeping communication moving
Answering questions and guiding prospective residents through the next steps of the rental process
Assisting with the initial screening process by collecting and reviewing required documentation
Keeping lead information, follow-ups, and activity organized and up to date
Working closely with property managers and leasing team members to help ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to lease signing
Providing a consistently professional and helpful customer experience
Following through on outstanding inquiries and making sure potential renters don’t get overlooked

What we're looking for
You have advanced written and spoken English proficiency
You have a degree in Business, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
You’re detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously
You’re comfortable using digital tools and learning new software
You can handle customer and confidential information professionally
You’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bonus points if you have previous experience in property management, real estate, leasing, lead management, sales, customer service, CRM systems, or online property listing platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, or MLS systems.
