About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing US-based digital marketing company.
This is a highly client-facing role combining Customer Success, digital marketing and sales.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to manage and grow existing client relationships, help business owners understand their marketing strategy and campaign performance, and ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service.
You’ll also work with prospective clients coming into the business - understanding their needs, recommending the right marketing solution, handling objections and confidently moving qualified opportunities through to close.
We’re specifically looking for someone who understands digital marketing, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads, and has experience across both client/account management AND sales closing.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and develop relationships with existing digital marketing clients.
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing across client accounts.
* Discuss campaign performance, strategy, recommendations and next steps with clients.
* Manage expectations, resolve challenges and build strong long-term relationships.
* Support client retention and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
* Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
* Understand each prospect’s business, marketing challenges and growth goals.
* Present appropriate marketing solutions and communicate their value.
* Handle objections, follow up and confidently close qualified opportunities.
* Support new clients through the transition from sales into onboarding and ongoing account management.
What We’re Looking For
* Professional experience within digital marketing or performance marketing.
* Strong practical understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience managing digital marketing clients and discussing campaign strategy and performance.
* Previous Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or similar experience.
* Proven sales and closing experience.
* Experience running discovery calls, presenting solutions, handling objections and closing contracts.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Confidence working directly with founders, business owners and senior decision-makers.
* Strong commercial instincts and problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable taking ownership and working independently in a fast-moving environment.
Experience within a digital/performance marketing agency is strongly preferred. Experience selling marketing services, agency retainers or similar solutions would be highly advantageous.
Who You Are
You’re naturally good with people, but you’re also commercially minded.
You can build genuine relationships with clients, understand digital marketing well enough to have credible conversations about campaign performance, and are equally comfortable jumping onto a discovery call and asking for the sale.
You’re proactive, confident and solutions-focused. You take ownership, spot problems early and don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next.
