To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst – VMF located in Chennai.
What a typical day looks like:
Learning all the process in VMF and maintain the records as per the requirement.
Ensure all requests from submission to completion are processed within TAT Ensure that all requests raised by the BOT are free from validation errors and maintain 100% accuracy.
Validate and submit all BOT-created VMF requests on the same day of creation.
Maintain and update vendor records in the company’s vendor management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Verify and validate vendor information, including contact details, contracts, and compliance documents.
Track and evaluate vendor performance based on established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
B.COM / BBA(Finance) / M.COM / MBA(Finance) with at least 60% aggregate score is preferred.
Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level).
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Good written/oral communication skills in English
Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
