Mid-Level Validation and Qualification Analyst | Remote

Tetha Consultoria is seeking a professional to work on national and international validation and qualification projects. The role will initially focus on equipment qualification for an international client and will also contribute to computerized system validation and pharmaceutical quality projects.
Key responsibilities
Draft and review equipment qualification protocols and documents, including FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ.
Draft and review computerized system validation documents throughout the system lifecycle, including User Requirements Specifications (URS), Risk Assessments (RA), Validation Plans, Qualification Plans, IQ, OQ, PQ and reports.
Prepare pharmaceutical quality system documents, such as plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Write protocols, emails and technical communications in English.
Participate in meetings conducted in English with international clients, present project updates and discuss technical matters.
Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions in English.
Track project actions, document reviews, approvals and deadlines.
Strengthen Tetha Consultoria’s positioning through high-quality deliverables, technical communication with clients and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
At least two years of hands-on experience in equipment qualification and technical documentation.
Fluent English for technical writing, client meetings and training sessions.
A proactive approach to working with different clients and anticipating project needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
Experience in computerized system validation and pharmaceutical quality system documentation.
Engagement terms
Remote, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour break, dedicated to Tetha’s projects.
First six months: independent contractor (PJ), paid BRL 4,200.00 per month upon issuance of an invoice.
After 6 months: employment under Brazil’s CLT, with a gross monthly salary of BRL 4,200.00, plus a 13th-month salary, paid vacation with the statutory one-third vacation bonus, and FGTS deposits, as required by applicable law.
