Role Description This is a full-time remote Engineer role at Senapati Construction. The Engineer will support the planning, design, and coordination of construction projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and documentation, reviewing design specifications, assisting with cost and materials estimates, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. The Engineer will also participate in virtual project meetings, monitor project progress using digital tools, and provide technical guidance to support on-site teams. The role requires clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in civil, structural, or construction engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency with engineering and design software (e.g., CAD tools, BIM platforms, or similar applications).
Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications, and prepare clear engineering documentation.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and relevant building codes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in construction or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
