Role Description This is a full-time role for a Product Developer at MicroAI. The Product Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine AI-driven products that support industrial, telecom, and data center operations. Daily responsibilities include conducting product research and development, gathering and analyzing user and market requirements, and translating them into clear product specifications and feature roadmaps. The role involves working closely with product management to prioritize backlogs, oversee feature implementation, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals. The Product Developer will also participate in testing and validation, support documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of product performance and user experience.
Qualifications
Strong Product Development skills, including concept creation, prototyping, and iterative improvement
Experience in Research and Development (R&D), with the ability to investigate new technologies and approaches
Product Management capabilities such as requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and stakeholder coordination
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams
Background in technology or engineering; experience in AI, industrial systems, or related fields is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, product design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and using data to inform product decisions
