Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Must be a mentee part of 2026 SheBuilds Mentorship Program India
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)
Must have registered to participate in 1:1 Coaching
