Java Developer(AWS)

Job Summary
Serve as a Lead Developer in a hybrid work model designing and delivering resilient cloud native applications using Java Springboot microservices Python containers and continuous integration pipelines. Apply expertise with AWS Kubernetes Docker and automation tools to build secure scalable and testable solutions that support Governance Risk and Compliance needs while driving measurable value for clients and society.
Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Build enhance and maintain backend services using Python and
Java.
Design and implement scalable reliable and secure backend
architectures.
Develop automation scripts and internal tools to improve
operational efficiency.
Support day-to-day ad hoc engineering tasks including script
writing and production support.
Perform vulnerability management activities such as
identifying triaging tracking and supporting remediation of
security issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and
maintainable solutions.
Contribute to system performance tuning monitoring and
continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
Strong programming experience in Python and Java.
Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native
development.
Good understanding of backend scalable systems including
performance reliability and security best practices.
Experience handling operational and ad hoc technical tasks in a
fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of vulnerability management and secure
development practices.
Strong scripting and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of big data and distributed systems.
Exposure to data processing frameworks and large-scale data
pipelines.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
Preferred Qualities
Self-driven proactive and detail oriented.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver with minimal
supervision.
Certifications Required
