· Participate in regression testing and release validation activities.
Product Support & Investigation
· Investigate reported product issues and determine resolution paths.
· Differentiate between user questions, configuration issues, data issues, and software defects.
· Translate validated support issues into well-documented work items for Product Owner review.
· Identify recurring trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
· Partners with Product, Development, and QA.
· Contribute operational insights from support requests, testing results, and defect trends.
