Role Description This part-time, remote Data Insights Analyst (Entry-Level) role supports data-driven decision-making across Del Webb’s operations and resident services. On a day-to-day basis, the analyst helps collect, organize, and validate data from internal systems and reports. The role includes performing basic data analysis, generating summaries, and creating visualizations to highlight trends and performance metrics. The analyst collaborates with team members to interpret findings, prepare clear presentations, and recommend improvements to processes and customer experience. The position also involves documenting methodologies, maintaining dashboards, and continuously learning new tools and techniques to improve the quality and impact of insights.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities to interpret datasets and identify patterns.
Basic knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to support forecasting, segmentation, and performance analysis.
Effective Communication skills to explain findings clearly in writing and in virtual meetings.
Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and introductory experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new analytical methods, business concepts, and industry-specific metrics.
Relevant coursework or degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
