About the role
Sr. Director, Product & Technology Partnerships role reporting to the Chief Product Officer, with a dotted-line relationship to the Head of Product Management in France. Fully remote, U.S.-based, with candidates located in the Central or Eastern time zones preferred.
$250k–$275k base salary plus variable, full benefits and equity, and 401K round out the comp plan. MUST HAVE 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, including at least 5+ years in technical partnerships, partner engineering, solutions leadership, or product management roles within cloud ecosystems.
Senior individual contributor leadership role initially, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as The Firm's technology partnership portfolio expands.
Own two closely connected missions: driving deep technical and product alignment with strategic technology partners and leading product management for The Firm 's partner-aligned solutions.
Snowflake is the immediate priority, with Microsoft/Fabric as the second strategic focus.

The Firm is seeking a Sr. Director, Product & Technology Partnerships to own the technical and product relationships with our most strategic technology partners, initially Snowflake and Microsoft.
This unique hybrid leadership role sits at the intersection of product management, technology partnerships, and enterprise cloud ecosystems. You will ensure The Firm 's product roadmap and our partners' platforms advance together as one strategy.
The role is strictly focused on technical and product alignment rather than commercial sales. You will lead roadmap discussions, technical integrations, joint solution architecture, platform capabilities, and product strategy while working closely with partner product and engineering organizations.
Technology Partnership Strategy & Technical Alignment
• Define and own The Firm 's technology partnership strategy across the data and AI ecosystem.
• Own the technical relationship with strategic partners, initially Snowflake and Microsoft.
• Lead roadmap discussions, technical alignment, integration strategy, and advanced configuration conversations with partner product and engineering teams.
• Ensure The Firm capitalizes early on new Snowflake platform capabilities and that its Snowflake Native App strategy remains aligned with the Snowflake roadmap.
• Deepen technical alignment with Microsoft, including Microsoft Fabric and Purview integrations, platform certifications, and marketplace requirements.
• Build relationships with partner engineering, technical, and ISV organizations to establish The Firm s technical credibility.
• Establish repeatable technical escalation paths across Support and Professional Services.
• Serve as the technical voice of strategic partnerships in reviews with The Firm leadership.
• Create the repeatable playbook for evaluating, integrating, and aligning future technology partnerships.
Product Management
• Drive product management for The Firm 's partner-aligned solutions, with an initial focus on Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
• Work closely with the Head of Product Management and engineering teams in France.
• Gather and synthesize requirements from customers, partners, partner field teams, analysts, and competitive intelligence.
• Translate those insights into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Write product specifications, manage and refine the backlog, and partner with Engineering to deliver high-value features.
• Champion partner-aligned solutions internally and externally with customers, partners, analysts, and field teams.
Cross-Functional & GTM Collaboration
• Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing to ensure positioning, launch content, and partner-facing materials accurately reflect joint technical capabilities.
• Support Sales and Alliance teams as the technical authority on partner platforms.
• Help internal teams understand what is possible, what is road mapped, and how joint solutions are architected.
• Partner with Enablement to develop technically accurate training, demonstrations, and assets for internal and partner field organizations.
• Ensure Snowflake, Microsoft, and The Firm stakeholders remain connected across Product Management, Support, and Professional Services.
• Keep Product, GTM, and Operations aligned around one shared partner strategy.
What We're Looking For
Required
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, including at least 5+ years in technical partnerships, partner engineering, solutions leadership, or product management roles within cloud ecosystems.
• Proven success driving technical and product alignment with Snowflake, Microsoft/Azure, or other major cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on product management experience, including gathering requirements, writing specifications, managing backlogs, and partnering with Engineering to ship products.
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack, including cloud data platforms, data management, data integration, and/or analytics.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of enterprise go-to-market practices.
• Ability to operate comfortably across technical, product, commercial, and executive relationships.
• Experience working directly with senior partner product and engineering leaders.
• Exceptional program management skills and a high degree of ownership.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and commercial audiences.
• Based in the U.S. Central or Eastern time zones, with the ability to overlap with teams in France in the morning and West Coast technology partners in the afternoon.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for partner meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.
