Interior Design Manager

Role Description The Interior Design Manager at ADVENT INTERIORS SPACE will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Responsibilities include managing design teams, developing design concepts and detailed layouts, coordinating construction drawings, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications. The role involves regular site visits, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, overseeing furniture selection and placement, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Interior Design Manager will also review and approve design documentation, resolve design and execution issues, and support client presentations and design proposals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, visually appealing spaces.
Expertise in Design Management, including project planning, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in developing and reviewing Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Experience with Furniture planning, selection, and integration into overall design schemes.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Previous experience in managing interior design projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or corporate sectors.
