What This Is About
ADGENTIC AI is an AI-native platform for performance marketing: nine specialized AI agents plan, produce, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end. Our agents work fast. What they need is a highly creative mind who steers the flow with finesse, taste, and rigor.
You'd be that mind.
What You Bring
5–10 years of experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar — advertising, branding, graphic design, you know the game…
A trained eye for brand, visual language, and consistency across different channels and formats
The ability to turn a brand's visual identity into structured, machine-readable specs (Markdown, JSON, style systems) — versioned, diffable, and approved before it goes into production
Deep hands-on experience with AI image generation models (Nano Banana / Gemini, GPT Image, Qwen, and comparable models), including a real understanding of each model's particularities and limitations — knowing how to combine them, work around their gaps, and chain them to reach precise, consistent results
You think in product categories, not in brands: a garment, a multi-angle device, a supplement and a product held by a person each need a different reference setup and a different prompt variant — one per category, never one per client
Experience strategically managing reference material and input assets, so the AI has the right foundation to stay on-brand — and you say no when the material is not sufficient, instead of generating anyway
You define what "right" means before optimizing for it: written gates for product identity, brand identity, technical publishability and disclosure — and you can defend each one to a client
You can measure taste, not just have it: build a rating rubric, calibrate a second rater against yourself, use evals and other AI-based measurements, track agreement, and publish a number that says whether output quality moved
Experience working day-to-day with the engineers who own the generation pipeline — comfortable handing over a specification rather than a mood board, and editing live agent prompts yourself
Fluent English and German — both required
An appetite for startup pace — short paths, fast decisions, real ownership
