We are looking for an experienced Senior Operational Risk Management (ORM) professional to join a leading banking/financial services organisation in Mumbai.
🔹 Role: Senior ORM Analyst
📍 Location: Mumbai – Work From Office
💼 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Key areas of responsibility:
✅ End-to-end RCSA execution & risk assessment
✅ KRI monitoring, breach analysis & trend identification
✅ Operational Risk Event (ORE) governance & RCA review
✅ Independent control testing & control effectiveness assessment
✅ Product & process risk reviews
✅ Issue tracking, remediation & governance reporting
✅ Thematic risk assessments
✅ Executive dashboards, portfolio reporting & committee support
✅ Stakeholder engagement with Business Heads, BUCOs & Risk SPOCs
Ideal profile:
🎯 Experience in Operational Risk / Internal Audit
🎯 Strong Banking / Financial Services background
🎯 MBA Finance / CA preferred
🎯 JAIIB / CAIIB or Risk Management certification would be advantageous
🎯 Strong understanding of RCSA, KRI, controls, regulatory compliance & risk governance
🎯 Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills
🎯 Good command of English & Hindi
