Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

The Opportunity
BUILT Brands is looking for a dependable and hardworking Retail Shipping Associate to join our team.
In this role, you’ll help make sure retail orders are picked, packed, prepared, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and play an important role in getting BUILT products to our retail customers.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, pays attention to detail, works well with a team, and is comfortable staying active throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
Pick and prepare products for retail customer orders.
Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
Verify products, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy.
Build and prepare pallets for outgoing shipments.
Load, unload, and move products and materials as needed.
Help maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
Follow shipping schedules and help ensure orders are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and warehouse area.
Follow company safety, quality, and food-handling procedures.
Work closely with warehouse, inventory, production, and other teams to resolve shipping issues.
Assist with receiving, inventory, and other warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Dependable and able to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer and communication skills.
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred.
Experience using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
