Senior Project Planner

Fixed-term full-time employment | Remote | Start ASAP | €80,000–95,000 gross/year | Until 31 December 2027, with potential extension
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner / Project Controls Planner (m/f/d) to support a major international infrastructure project.

Potential extension: subject to continuation of the client assignment
Location: predominantly remote
Travel: occasional travel may be required
Salary: €80,000–95,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications
Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6
Integrate and review schedules from different disciplines and contractors
Monitor milestones, dependencies, critical paths and schedule deviations
Prepare schedule reports, S-curves, milestone analyses, float analyses and what-if scenarios
Support regular project reviews and management reporting
Coordinate closely with project management, risk management and cost controlling
Prepare and facilitate planning and scheduling workshops
Review contractor schedules and incorporate relevant information into the overall project schedule
Support schedule risk analysis, planning standards and tender requirements
Prepare schedule information and visualisations for internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls
Expert-level, hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is mandatory
Proven experience using P6 in complex, large-scale project environments
Experience in large infrastructure, construction, energy or engineering projects
Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and spoken English, minimum CEFR level C1
Experience in offshore wind, power transmission, oil & gas or comparable major infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Experience with P6 administration, project development phases or quantitative schedule risk analysis is beneficial.
