About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at CYNET SYSTEMS. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to coordinate project activities, mitigate risks, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions that meet business objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience of 5+ years in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of current technology trends, tools, and best practices in IT service delivery.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage project scope, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
