Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Expert – Real Estate at NS Ventures. The Social Media Expert will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase real estate projects and services, aligning with the brand’s Prop-Tech and Prop-Marketing strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, developing platform-specific posts and campaigns, collaborating with designers and video teams, and optimizing content based on performance analytics. The role involves coordinating with internal project managers and external real estate clients to understand project goals, highlight key property features, and ensure consistent messaging. The Social Media Expert will also monitor trends in real estate and digital media, respond to audience interactions, and contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including managing brand pages and running campaigns for real estate or related industries.
Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to align social media activities to broader brand and lead-generation objectives.
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, project managers, and clients, and to write clear, audience-focused copy.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to track performance, optimize campaigns, and present insights.
Hands-on experience with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, reels/shorts) and current trends in real estate and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Prior experience in real estate marketing or property-related content is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
