Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Support Specialists to join our team. This position is ideal for freshers who have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.
The Support Specialist will assist with day-to-day business operations, respond to internal queries, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and coordinate with different teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to internal teams and assist with operational requirements.
Respond to queries through email, phone, and internal communication channels.
Maintain and update records, trackers, and reports using MS Excel.
Perform data entry and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify information.
Follow up on pending tasks and provide timely updates.
Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and established processes.
Assist management and team members with assigned operational tasks.
Learn and work with company software, systems, and internal tools.
