Video Editor & Producer

🎬 We're hiring: Video Editor, MediaBrief
MediaBrief covers India's advertising, marketing and media industry, and video is becoming a big part of how we do it. We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn conversations with industry leaders into content people actually stop scrolling for.
What you'll work on
• Editing our flagship formats and IPs: BreakfastBrief, AfterBrief, LeaderBrief, DeepBrief and FestiveBrief
• Editing video podcasts end to end, from multi-cam episodes to the short clips that promote them
• Long-form interviews, panel discussions and fireside chats, plus the short, punchy cuts that go with them
• Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn-first clips, including captions, lower thirds, motion graphics and thumbnails
• Event coverage: turning on-ground footage into same-day highlights
• Working closely with our editorial desk to find the sharpest moments in every conversation
What we're looking for
• 1–2 years of video editing experience
• Hands-on podcast editing experience is a must. Multi-cam sync, clean audio, and cutting long conversations into tight episodes and clips
• Strong command of Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut; After Effects is a big plus
• A good ear for dialogue: you know which 30 seconds of a 40-minute conversation matter
• Speed without sloppiness. News moves fast, and so do we
• An interest in advertising, marketing and media is a real advantage
