The Lead Runner plays a key leadership role in supporting the efficient operation of all assigned food and beverage service areas throughout the venue. The Lead Runner is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supporting the Runner team during events, including assigning daily tasks and service areas, monitoring runner positions and workload, and ensuring all food, beverage, equipment, and supplies are delivered accurately and efficiently. This position serves as a primary point of contact between Runners, Suite Attendants, Concessions, Culinary, Premium Services, and venue management, helping to communicate operational needs and address issues as they arise.
