Agile Coach/Agile Trainer

Position Summary
Axohek is looking for an Agile Coach and Trainer to lead agile adoption for a federal client. This person designs and delivers a tiered agile curriculum and coaches teams hands-on. They also measure and report agile maturity, and all work is aligned to the organization's Atlassian tooling.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver a tiered agile training curriculum:
Foundational awareness for all staff
Role-based deep dives for Scrum Masters and Product Owners
Leadership briefings for executives and managers
Provide hands-on coaching to teams adopting or maturing agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks)
Align coaching and training to how teams actually work in Jira and Confluence, partnering with the Jira Administrator on boards, workflows, and templates
Facilitate agile ceremonies as needed to model best practices
Track training completion, adoption metrics, and team-level agile health
Report results to the Government on a recurring basis and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
7+ years in agile delivery, including 3+ years coaching or training multiple teams
Proven experience building and delivering agile curriculum for varied audiences, including leadership
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence in an agile context (boards, backlogs, sprints, reporting)
Experience defining and tracking agile maturity or health metrics
Strong facilitation, presentation, and change management skills
Ability to obtain and maintain [Public Trust / required clearance]
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as ICAgile ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC/SA, CSM/CSPO, PSM, or PMI-ACP
Experience with federal agencies or large public-sector transformations
Experience with scaled agile or portfolio frameworks
