Remote Insurance Defense Attorney | Florida
Garcia Legal Search is seeking a Florida licensed attorney for a fully remote insurance defense role. The ideal candidate has at least three years of recent experience handling personal injury claims, including UM/BI matters, as well as property damage, coverage, and bad faith matters.
Familiarity with appellate matters is also important. This role is suited to an attorney who can manage cases independently and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
Active Florida Bar membership
3+ years of recent insurance defense experience
Experience with UM/BI, property damage, coverage, and bad faith matters
