IT Project Manager

ProSync is hiring a Technical IT Project Manager to support a U.S. federal agency. You will run several IT projects at once, working with developers, data teams, subject matter experts, and agency stakeholders to deliver them on schedule and on budget.
The work centers on enterprise reporting and data, so SAP BusinessObjects and WebI experience matters here, along with a working understanding of databases and data integration. Day to day, the job is Agile delivery: requirements, schedules, risk, dependencies, testing, and releases, tracked in Jira. You will be expected to take a project from concept through implementation without close supervision.
The position is fully remote within the continental United States.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple IT projects at the same time and deliver them on schedule and within budget.
Apply Agile and Scrum methods to plan, execute, and track project progress.
Coordinate across teams to manage requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, testing, and releases.
Use SAP BusinessObjects and WebI for reporting and data analysis.
Oversee database management, data integration, and enterprise reporting activities.
Communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Drive projects independently from concept through implementation.
Apply federal, military, or air traffic experience to keep work aligned with applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements
Five (5) or more years of IT project management experience supporting federal, military, or air traffic environments.
Experience managing multiple IT projects at the same time.
Strong knowledge of the IT and software development lifecycle.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Jira.
Ability to manage requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, testing, and releases.
Ability to coordinate across developers, data teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
Working knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects and WebI.
General understanding of databases, data integration, and enterprise reporting.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive projects independently from concept through implementation.
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation. No security clearance is required for this role.
Preferred Requirements
SAP BusinessObjects development experience.
PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or a comparable project management certification.
