Role Description The Senior Web Developer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of The Auditors Club’s web platforms and digital products in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves architecting scalable solutions, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services. The Senior Web Developer will collaborate with advisory and operations teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly web experiences, optimize performance, and maintain high standards of security and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, managing deployments, and continuously improving site usability and accessibility. The role also includes evaluating new technologies, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall digital strategy of the firm.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Web Development and Programming, with experience building robust, secure, and scalable web applications.
Demonstrated expertise in Front-End Development and Web Design, including modern frameworks, responsive layouts, and user-centered interfaces.
Advanced skills in Back-End Web Development, covering APIs, databases, server-side frameworks, and integration with third-party services.
Hands-on experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with startups or advisory firms, and familiarity with data security and privacy best practices, is an advantage.
