Role Description The Administrative Manager (Remote) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Texas, United States. This role oversees daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records and documentation. The Administrative Manager is responsible for supervising administrative staff, organizing workflows, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The role includes handling correspondence, preparing reports, tracking expenses, and supporting human resources activities such as onboarding and maintaining personnel files. Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, records maintenance, and office coordination.
