About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Job Title: Graphic Designer
Reports To: Staffing Program Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Term: 9 months, with expectation of continuation
Top 3 Must Haves:
1. A social-first designer with a real point of view – someone who can own the look and feel of channel content while staying on brand.
2. Strong static design fundamentals – layout, typography, color, hierarchy – with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
3. Able to lock in and produce polished, on-brand assets at volume during campaign pushes, working from Art Director’s direction.
Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer shapes the day-to-day look and feel of our social channels. Most of the time, this is a creative, self-directed role: designing social assets that keep our channels fresh, active, and on-brand, with real ownership over how that content comes to life within our guardrails. We want a designer with a point of view, not just a pair of hands.
When a major campaign spins up, the work shifts gears. In those stretches, this person works as a production designer — taking direction from our Art Director’s design books and stakeholder asset lists to produce a high volume of polished assets across formats, from banners and signage to social posts, swag, and decks. The right person can move fluidly between the two: leading their own social work when things are calm, and locking in to execute cleanly and fast when a campaign is on.
This rhythm is part of the job. Expect focused, high-volume pushes during campaigns, followed by calmer, more self-directed stretches. Great candidates are energized by that variety rather than thrown by it.
Essential Functions:
Social Design (~60%)
Lead the design of social assets that keep our channels active, fresh, and on-brand, with strong creative ownership within brand guardrails.
Bring your own ideas and point of view to how content looks and feels across our channels.
Work independently against a content calendar, managing your own queue and priorities.
Maintain a careful eye for detail, including copy accuracy (grammar, spelling) on finished assets.
Campaign Production Design (~40%)
During major campaigns, work from Art Director–created design books and stakeholder asset lists to produce a high volume of on-brand assets, at pace.
Design across formats and surfaces — physical and digital banners, event and space signage, social posts, swag, presentation decks, and more.
Adapt and extend an established visual system consistently across every deliverable, maintaining brand and campaign integrity at scale.
Build files that are animation-ready where needed, partnering with the team’s motion and video specialists.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong portfolio showing social and brand design with a clear point of view, plus command of layout, typography, color, and hierarchy.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to work independently and own the look of channel content, while also taking direction from an Art Director to execute at volume during campaigns.
Proven ability to work quickly and accurately from an established design system without losing consistency or polish.
Strong attention to detail and a track record of producing volume without sacrificing quality.
Ability to work within established brand guidelines and design systems.
Experience adapting visual systems across multiple media and formats.
Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced campaign environments.
Ability to create production-ready and animation-ready files for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with creative, marketing, and stakeholder teams.
Ability to shift effectively between self-directed creative work and deadline-driven production work.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing Design, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting social media, brand marketing, entertainment, gaming, technology, or consumer-facing brands.
Demonstrated experience creating social-first creative assets for branded channels and campaigns.
Experience working within established brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas and solutions.
Experience designing assets across multiple formats, including social media, digital marketing, presentation decks, signage, and promotional materials.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Experience collaborating with art directors, creative teams, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong portfolio showing social and brand design with a clear point of view, plus command of layout, typography, color, and hierarchy.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to regularly stand, walk, and move throughout filming locations for extended periods of time.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
