Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total Experience 9+ years
Strong experience as an Agile Coach / Delivery Coach in enterprise environments
Strong experience managing and coaching multiple Agile squads
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe methodologies
Experience driving Agile transformation, team maturity and continuous improvement
Strong experience coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and collaboration skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
Strong programmatic mindset with focus on delivery effectiveness and business goals
Experience in Project/Delivery Leadership and managing delivery bottlenecks
Retail / Product Engineering experience is preferred
SAFe/SPC, ICAgile/ICP-ACC, CSM/PSM certification is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coach multiple Agile squads and drive improvements in Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
Drive Agile transformation initiatives across technology and business teams.
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives and planning sessions.
Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Improve delivery predictability, team effectiveness and Agile performance using relevant metrics.
Promote effective collaboration between Engineering, Product, Business and Leadership teams.
Drive stakeholder alignment, communication and effective decision-making across programs.
Establish scalable Agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe.
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
