What you'll do:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to senior executives within the Executive Team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role is key to keeping leadership organized, informed, and moving forward. You'll work across multiple executives, helping manage the details that enable our most senior leaders to do their best work. In this role you will:
Manage complex executive calendars, aligning priorities with business objectives and making thoughtful recommendations on time allocation
Coordinate communication across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders
Manage expense reporting accurately and efficiently
Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, customer engagements, executive visits, offsites, and key business events
Anticipate executive and business needs, identifying potential risks or conflicts before they arise
Partner closely with Executive Assistants and Business Partners across the company to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination
Partner with the Office Manager for a seamless visitor experience for all Executive visitors and guests
What you'll need:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand company priorities and the needs of senior leaders
Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on key priorities
Proficiency with modern technology and collaboration tools to improve workflows and increase efficiency
Highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
Ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams while maintaining strong executive presence and sound judgment
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points for:
Experience supporting a President, CEO, or C-suite executive at a technology company
Experience coordinating across multiple departments and driving cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated success planning and executing executive meetings, leadership offsites, and key business events
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
Compensation:
The salary range for this role will be $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 10%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

Hybrid:
