Role Description The Civil Project Engineer will manage and execute civil engineering projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and overseeing site development and stormwater management solutions. The role involves conducting site visits, monitoring construction activities, performing quality control checks, and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation. The Civil Project Engineer will also prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation to support approvals and project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering with practical experience in project execution and coordination.
Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Site Development, including preparation and review of plans, drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and application in rural and urban infrastructure projects.
Experience with Quality Control processes, including inspections, material checks, and adherence to standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Ability to interpret engineeris, use relevant design and drafting software and prepare technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and local authorities.
Willingness to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to differing project environments.
Experience with rural or infrastructure development projects in India is an advantage.
