Salary increases with tenure:
€1,350 gross/month after 12 months

YOUR ROLE
As a Technical Support Customer Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their Salt Home services.
Your day-to-day will include:
Handling inbound customer calls
Troubleshooting internet, TV, and home-service issues
Diagnosing problems and finding the right solutions
Making technical information easy for customers to understand
Identifying relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Recording customer interactions accurately
Working towards quality, productivity, and KPI targets
You can expect around 40 calls per day outside peak periods, giving you plenty of opportunity to build your communication, technical, and customer-service skills.
What We're Looking For
German: C1 / Native preferred
English: B2
Good computer and multitasking skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused attitude
Comfortable with sales and upselling
Previous customer or technical support experience is a plus
Most importantly, you should be confident, solution-oriented, and comfortable helping customers with technical questions.

Location: Athens, Greece
Start Date: 1 November
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 09:00–21:00
Training: 8 days — fully paid
Employment: Full-time
