Senior Oracle Database Administrator

Join a team where you'll play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and modernizing enterprise Oracle environments. This position offers the opportunity to own key database and application platforms, influence architecture decisions, and drive cloud and automation initiatives.
What You'll Do
Administer and support Oracle Database 19c, Oracle EBS R12.2.x, and WebLogic Server environments.
Manage database performance, security, availability, backup/recovery, patching, and upgrades.
Lead cloning, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure modernization projects across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot complex Oracle EBS and database issues, providing advanced technical support.
Develop automation and monitoring solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate on architecture, roadmap planning, and new technology initiatives.
Ensure platform stability, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of Oracle DBA experience in Linux/Unix environments.
Deep expertise with Oracle 19c RAC, including installation, patching, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
Strong Oracle EBS R12.2.x administration experience, including upgrades and migrations.
Hands-on experience managing the full Oracle WebLogic lifecycle.
Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting expertise.
Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and automation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud (OCI), Fusion, EPM, or OTM experience.
Oracle Middleware technologies such as SOA Suite or ODI.
Oracle certifications (OCP, OCA, OCI, WebLogic).
Knowledge of modern cloud and data platform architectures.
