Summary
We are seeking an experienced and technically grounded Program Manager to join a dynamic Cloud Supply Chain team focused on spares supply chain operations for large-scale data center environments. This role sits on the business side of a fast-paced organization responsible for ensuring spare parts availability so that customer-facing cloud services experience zero downtime. The ideal candidate is a career-driven professional with a proven track record in technical project management, system implementations, and supply chain operations — someone who can hit the ground running, drive complex initiatives forward with minimal ramp-up, and thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates based in PST; candidates must be flexible to occasionally adjust working hours to support India-based clients.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain system enhancement projects, including spares procurement and fulfillment initiatives
Gather and document detailed business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into actionable project artifacts
Create and maintain process flow documents, test scripts, presentations, project plans, and other critical project documentation
Collaborate closely with Engineering PMs, developers, and IT teams to support system changes, solution discussions, and design reviews
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system enhancements, ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements
Develop and maintain RAID logs, track success measures, and report on project health and milestones
Present proposals, findings, and project updates clearly to clients and senior stakeholders
Partner with teams across Data Governance and Setup, Planning, Analytics, Sourcing, Forward Logistics, and Reverse Logistics to drive project alignment
Analyze technology needs, resource requirements, and feasibility to support project planning and execution
Confer with management and cross-functional teams to define project specifications, procedures, and timelines
Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates as needed in support of project delivery
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in technical program or project management required
Proven experience managing supply chain-related projects and system implementations — candidates without this background will not be considered
Demonstrated experience working directly with engineering teams, developers, and IT organizations
Experience supporting or leading UAT for enterprise system enhancements
Background in cloud infrastructure, data center operations, or related technical environments is a strong advantage
Must have a minimum of 18 months of relevant tenure in a comparable role
Candidates must be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones; EST-based candidates are not eligible
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field required
PMP or PMI certification preferred
Strong technical project management skills with demonstrated experience managing system implementations end-to-end
Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, fulfillment, logistics, and spares management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce and maintain high-quality project artifacts, process flows, and business requirements
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and self-direct in a remote environment
Experience maintaining RAID logs and tracking project success metrics
Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, Loop, and ADO
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is highly desirable
Experience with system testing and UAT processes
Knowledge of supplier onboarding and trade experience within supply chain is a plus
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills

Pay Range*: $48 - $54.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
