Regional Vice President of Product Operations

Role Description The Regional Vice President of Product Operations will lead end-to-end product operations across designated markets, ensuring that Stoker Wines’ portfolio is efficiently planned, produced, and delivered in alignment with brand strategy. This full-time remote role oversees regional product performance, optimizes processes from vineyard to customer, and partners closely with production, supply chain, marketing, and sales to drive operational excellence and product consistency. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and tracking product operations KPIs, overseeing product launch and lifecycle processes, managing cross-functional programs, and implementing standardized workflows and tools. The role will analyze regional demand and performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into operational plans that support growth and scalability. The Regional Vice President will also mentor and develop regional operations teams, champion continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
Strong Product Operations and Product Management skills to design, optimize, and oversee regional product lifecycle and performance.
Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management to lead cross-functional initiatives, launches, and process improvements.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build dashboards or reports, and inform decisions on capacity, demand, and profitability.
Proven experience in leading distributed or remote teams, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
Background in consumer packaged goods, wine, beverages, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align operations with brand and commercial strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on clarity, accountability, and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
