Venture development associate

About the role: we are building a venture from the ground up. This is not a PA role. You'll work with the venture development lead to map, research and coordinate all activities needed. What you'll do: build a master checklist, visit vendors, collect quotes, coordinate with specialists, map e-commerce setup, track decisions, and keep clear weekly updates. Who you are: curious, organised, strong in follow-ups, comfortable with Sheets, WhatsApp, vendor meetings, and thinks, 'what else is required?' instead of waiting for instructions. Someone who can sit with you and map out what needs to be done. Day to day, they'll research, coordinate with vendors or specialists, keep track of decisions and follow ups, and maintain a master checklist of what is ready, what is pending, who owns it, and by when. The goal in two months is a documented checklist and clear task ownership, with organised vendor info and a simple view of progress. Two-month project only, travel reimbursed with approval, and again, not a personal assistant role.
