Role Description This Fresher_MBA HR role is a contract, on-site position based in Noida. The individual will support core HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction, and coordinating documentation and compliance activities. Daily responsibilities include helping with recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and updating internal trackers. The role will also involve supporting HR policies implementation, assisting in performance management cycles, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting. The candidate will work closely with senior HR team members to learn best practices and gain exposure to HR processes within a dynamic healthcare technology environment.
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources passed out from 2024/2025/2026 batch.
Though its a contractual role for one year, candidates with great performance may be considered for on rolls or cantract can be extended as per business requirement.
Strong interest in recruitment, including HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and HR documentation practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort using HR or productivity software tools.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Interest in the healthcare, Payer, or PBM domain is an advantage; prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
