About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Partner to join our growing staffing team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 6 months of experience in US IT Recruitment who are looking to build a long-term career in the staffing industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions across the United States while working closely with senior recruiters and account managers.
Key Responsibilities
Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
Review resumes and identify candidates that match client requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical skills, communication skills, work authorization, location, and rate expectations.
Submit qualified candidates to senior recruiters and account managers.
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities within ATS systems.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring updates.
Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the US IT staffing market.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Understanding of US work authorizations such as USC, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, and EAD.
Knowledge of employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
