Head of Growth

We are an established health and wellness education company with a proven portfolio of digital educational products and an international customer base.
We are expanding into international markets and are looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to take ownership of customer acquisition and help build and scale our international growth function.
This role combines growth strategy with hands-on execution. You will work directly with the founders and own the growth engine across paid acquisition, creative testing, funnels, conversion optimization and performance analytics.
What you’ll own
Develop and execute our customer acquisition strategy, with Meta Ads as a key channel
Launch, manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns
Own the acquisition funnel from advertising and creative through landing pages to purchase
Build a systematic creative testing process
Test audiences, messaging, offers, creatives and landing pages
Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rates and other key growth metrics
Identify opportunities to improve funnel performance and scale successful campaigns
Build clear growth reporting and forecasting
Coordinate external specialists and agencies where required
Help build the international growth team as the business scales
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or paid acquisition
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
Demonstrated track record of scaling paid customer acquisition
Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, attribution and creative strategy
Experience managing and scaling meaningful advertising budgets
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Ability to combine strategy with hands-on execution
Experience with digital education, health & wellness, DTC or other consumer businesses is an advantage
Professional fluency in English and Russian is required, as the role involves working with both English- and Russian-language products and teams
Compensation & working model
This is a paid contract position with competitive fixed compensation based on experience and scope of engagement.
Performance-based compensation may be offered in addition to the fixed compensation.
The position is fully remote and designed for candidates able to work effectively within European time zones.
