Senior Business System Analyst

Mason Haring have been retained by a global life sciences organisation to hire a Senior Analyst who can bridge the gap between commercial systems, data and sales performance.
This is a hands-on role supporting a global commercial team, with a strong focus on Salesforce, CPQ, Power BI and SAP S/4HANA.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and optimising Salesforce and CPQ to support commercial operations.
Developing Power BI dashboards covering pipeline health, forecasting and sales performance.
Supporting Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA integration and commercial data governance.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT to improve processes, reporting and decision-making.
Supporting territory planning, account management and commercial performance reviews.
What we're looking for:
5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Systems, CRM Administration or Business Analytics.
Strong hands-on Salesforce administration and advanced Power BI expertise.
Experience with CPQ, SAP S/4HANA or enterprise CRM/ERP integrations is advantageous.
Exposure to life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare or biotech would be a plus.
Someone commercially minded who can turn complex data into actionable insights.
