Southern Sewing LLC is a U.S. based cushion factory specializing in custom indoor and outdoor cushions, pillows, and sewn products for the hospitality, furniture, design, and commercial industries.
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Branding Specialist to help strengthen our brand, improve our marketing presence, and support the continued growth of Southern Sewing.
The Role
This position is focused on marketing and brand development, with social media as one part of the overall strategy.
You will work closely with company leadership to create a consistent brand identity, develop marketing campaigns and materials, research industry opportunities, and help position Southern Sewing as a professional and trusted manufacturing partner.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain consistent company branding across all platforms
Create marketing campaigns and strategies to support company growth
Design brochures, catalogs, presentations, flyers, advertisements, and other marketing materials
Support B2B marketing to hotels, resorts, designers, furniture companies, and commercial customers
Research competitors, industry trends, and new marketing opportunities
Assist with trade show and market branding, materials, and promotions
Support website, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital marketing
Turn company projects, products, photos, and videos into professional branded content
Bring new marketing and branding ideas to the company
What We're Looking For
Experience in marketing, branding, or graphic design
Strong visual and creative skills
Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of B2B marketing
Strong written English and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Ability to take an idea and develop it into a finished marketing project
Experience in manufacturing, furniture, hospitality, textiles, interior design, or outdoor living is a plus.
